TAKE SILENCE

"To see what cannot be seen turn your eyes inward and listen, in silence." ~ Rumi Inspired by the famous silent retreats in Rishikesh, India, this intimate half-day workshop allows you to experience the stress busting power of silence. All participants maintain silence without interacting while receiving quiet instructions for yoga nidra, visualisation, walking meditation, conscious eating and journalling (please bring a pen and notebook/pad) keeping your attention inward. The programme finishes with a video to bring your attention outward again with some time for discussion.

TAKE CARE
Self-care? What does this mean to you? Where do you begin? Take care with your thoughts, your actions – this is the most important way to look after yourself.
